Yes! The equestrian centre at Paradise Trails is designed with a genuine intent to offer a unique public amenity for the community. It won't be just for residents but will be open to the public for indoor riding.
We've consulted with experts and equestrian enthusiasts to ensure its utility, functionality, and appeal. We believe it will be a treasured part of the community, providing opportunities for horse enthusiasts and also acting as a nod to the region's rich equestrian history.

We are deeply committed to providing solutions to the housing crisis. We'll be offering lots in the market at prices that are below the cost of other land available in Paradise Valley or Squamish.
While we have set a maximum limit on housing size to maintain the community aesthetic and feel, we've consciously decided not to set a minimum limit. This approach enables potential homeowners to build according to their financial capabilities, making housing more accessible and affordable.
Additionally, each property has the ability to include a secondary, legal income-producing suite. This not only makes homeownership more feasible for many but also fosters a diverse and vibrant community that includes renters.
Our goal is to cater to diverse housing needs in a region facing a serious housing shortage.

Yes, although some believe it is crown land, it is privately owned. Any current access to the site, including by locals, is on private property. The site has, unfortunately, been accessed for unauthorized camping, often involving dangerous activities like lighting fires in an area with limited emergency access due to the valley's single road.
This sort of trespassing poses serious risks, and our plan aims to transform the area into a community with private lots, preserving both its natural beauty and ensuring safety.

We're actively collaborating with the executive of the Paradise Valley Community Association and the District to ensure that our project provides fire protection to the Paradise Trails community. There are plans for a volunteer fire hall, complete with a truck and equipment, as well as upgrades to the local bridge and road to improve emergency response time and access.
