This is a good overview of what problems the project has been encountering in dealing with Squamish.  The letter is most interesting from the point of view of what the staff is quoted as saying in reaction to the issues raised in the article.  It is particularly interesting when you realize that three very significant letters contained in this package have never been responded to by the District staff.
