In this letter, we ask the District when it will be asking Council to make the decision of whether or not it the previous Council’s approval at 3rd reading and public hearing will be reversed. We also discuss details of the second draft of the Land Development Agreement (LDA) that we received from the District. The new LDA is substantially different than what was agreed to over a year ago, but we are thankful to at least have received this document. Lastly, we express to the District that we are working very hard at meeting their latest engineering study criterion.
