Community Input

To build a development that not only fits into the community, but is also one that Squamish can be proud of Tri City Properties has engaged in a detailed public consultation process. The Paradise Trails Team have consulted with a large number of Squamish residents, municipal staff and elected officials to develop a proposal that fits the spirit of the city and contributes to its goal to be the Outdoor Recreation Capital of Canada. It also adds a significant community amenity to area.

The initiatives include:

• Two years of community consultation
• A design plan, which is created from the consultation process
• A unique community advisory board comprised of 12 Squamish residents, who will provide information and input to help guide the planning and design process.
• Public interaction which consists of one-on-one meetings with neighbours & stakeholders, an interactive web site, public event booth and participation in community events, such as Squamish’s Loggers Festival
